About Me
I’m a Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in engineering, digital transformation, and operations. Currently, I lead AI adoption, continuous improvement and innovation projects at Air Liquide Japan.
Alongside my day job, I design and prototype practical AI tools to solve everyday industrial challenges, ranging from safety alerts and weather-based construction planning to Lean toolkits.
While I'm not a software engineer by training, I have a passion for observing inefficiencies, rethinking systems, and building useful solutions using no-code and low-code platforms.
My goal is to push the envelope with AI to improve older processes. Rather than viewing AI as a disruption, I see it as a powerful tool to eliminate tech debt and automate busywork. Often, I find that the best uses for AI are the ones you never planned for!
